    It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

    This one day course is designed for managers who need to know the basics of business finance – but who have never really got to grips with the subject. In a friendly, jargon-busting environment, they look at the basic accounting needs of a typical small-to-medium sized organisation, and how these are met.

    For managers - or those wishing to move into management - who are looking to distinguish between spread sheets and balance sheets, the course will cover:

    •        The basic terminology and accounting concepts;
    •        The financial year and how it is reported;
    •        Key financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow;
    •        Interpreting a set of accounts (using real life examples);
    •        Understanding how your team or department is accounted for in financial terms.

    You can book your place on this course via Eventbrite by clicking here. Alternatively, if you would prefer to be invoiced, then please send an e-mail to Civicos at [email protected].
