Improvement Fund 2017-2018
Created: 08/08/2017The grant making function of Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s (HIS) Improvement Hub (ihub), is delighted to announce the launch of the 2017-2018 Improvement Fund.
The Improvement Fund launched for the first time in September 2016 and received a high level of interest, with grants awarded to a variety of projects ranging from pharmacists working with people who are homeless to helping provide remote support to people with multiple sclerosis. More information about all of last year’s successful projects can be viewed on their website by clicking here. HIS have adapted this year’s criteria and the process based on the learning and feedback they received in the first year.
The Improvement Fund has £200,000 to award in financial year 2017-18 and applicants can apply for grants between £5,000 and £75,000.
HIS are open to accepting applications between Friday 01 to Friday 22 September 2017 from Health and Social Care Partnerships, Integration Authorities, Local Authorities, NHS Territorial Boards (that is those working at a local level), third sector organisations (for example charities, voluntary organisations), not-for-profit organisations (including social enterprises), health or social care providers (that are not national public sector bodies or private providers) and housing organisations.
