People's Postcode - Postcode Community Trust

Round 2 is open for projects to enhance community cohesion.

Communities are at the heart of Postcode Community Trust. PCT aims to fund projects that enhance community cohesion through activities that bring people together and enhance a community’s identity. Grass-roots sports, arts and recreation projects that help bring people together and relieve isolation are all things they wants to support. In addition PCT wants to improve the overall health and wellbeing of communities through exercise, counselling and training. Projects should help people gain better access to community facilities, community activities and strengthen communities in ways that are different, sustainable and reach a wide number of people. The deadline for applications is 28 August 2017.
