    Post: Support Worker
    Hours: 25 per week, to be worked flexibly
    Salary: £16,478 - £19,101 (pro rata) per annum (dependent on skills & experience)

    LinkLiving support people to be healthy, happy and fulfilled. They like to make a difference and promote positive change to people’s lives. As a Support Worker you will deliver their service to a diverse group of people, who have varied needs in their Accommodation service based at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, which provides accommodation with support to young people aged 16 years old and above. With energy and imagination, you will support people to maintain their tenancy by offering practical, social and emotional support on a wide range of complex issues.

    You will need:

    • Appropriate qualification recognised by SSSC or willingness to work towards and achieve qualification;
    • Ability to build equal and positive relationships with people;
    • An understanding of working with people to include them and tackle exclusion;
    • Knowledge of issues affecting people who are excluded and marginalized;
    • Flexible, practical and reliable approach, ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
