It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Do you worry about how much food you are wasting and how much it's costing you? Come along to Greener Kirkcaldy's More Taste, Less Waste cooking class for food and money-saving tips. This session will focus on people living in flatted properties who don't have access to a brown bin. According to WRAP, the average family throws away £470 a year in food waste that could have been avoided.

A lot of this can be avoided by planning, storing things correctly and making better use of leftovers. Come and learn tips to avoid food waste whilst learning cooking skills and making some delicious dishes. Participants will measure their food waste for a week before and after the class to see if there has been an improvement. Classes are ideal for beginners and anyone who would like to learn a bit more.

To book your place please visit their website.
