    Learning and Work Institute have announced that Jamie Hepburn MSP, Minister for Employability and Training will be speaking at the their annual Convention 'Employability and Skills Scotland 2017'. Chairing the Convention will be Scottish broadcaster and writer, Sally Magnusson.

    This year, the Convention celebrates 10 years of policy and practice sharing.

    The Convention is timed to take place soon after the contracts for delivering the Scottish Fair Work framework are announced in October 2017. They will focus on how the framework will be rolled out and how we can build an inclusive economy in Scotland.
