Fife Women’s Aid is looking to recruit a Senior Worker for their CYP team. The Senior Worker will work closely with the CYP team leader to lead the team to provide emotional and practical support to any young person who has experienced domestic abuse.
Applicants will be educated to at least SVQ level 3 or equivalent and have at least 3 years’ experience of providing services to vulnerable young people. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and have the ability to motivate others. They will also have a passion for improving the lives of women and children who have experienced abuse. The post will be based in Glenrothes and will involve travel across all areas of Fife. Applicants will be subject to a PVG check.
