    Post: Training and Employability Coordinator

    Hours: 37 per week

    Salary: £27,000

    The Coalfields Regeneration Trust are looking for a dynamic and focussed individual, who has the experience and drive to assist CRT in Scotland to identify, target and participate in a key number of local and national strategic projects, programmes and initiatives. The post holder will play a key role in developing and delivering their training and employability programmes from their new Enterprise and Training Hub in Kincardine.

    This is an interesting and varied role and involves liaising and working with a range of agencies (voluntary and statutory). The post holder will be familiar with the main partners across central Scotland and have a track record of working with people to help remove barriers and support progression into employment, education and training.
