    It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

    Greener Kirkcaldy's next six week Living Well on a Budget food course will start on Thursday 26 October 2017.

    The project helps households across Fife to:

    • Stay warm more affordably by managing energy use and bills better;
    • Make the most of food expenditure by planning and cooking healthy meals and wasting less food;
    • Take more control of household budgets - Living Well on a Budget food courses are delivered over six sessions (in partnership with Fife Community Food Project).

    Participants learn how to cook healthy and affordable meals and how to manage a household budget (with Citizens Advice and Rights Fife). Additionally, each course includes an energy advice session with their Cosy Kingdom Project. This course is unique in that participants can access varied support and advice in one programme.

    The course is suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to develop cooking and budgeting skills. The course is aimed at low-income households and individuals who would benefit from support with managing their food and household budgets.
