    Post: Advocacy Worker

    Hours: 18 per week

    Salary: £24,878 (pro rata)

    Fife Women’s Aid is committed to providing quality services for women, children and young people who experience domestic abuse. Fife Women’s Aid operates across Fife and delivers a range of services including counselling, women’s support, refuge management and children and young people’s services.  

    They are looking for an experienced advocacy worker with knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse issues to provide an advocacy service for women in Fife who experience domestic abuse. The post is funded by Fife Council Social Work department.

    Membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is a requirement of this post. This post is open to women only (Equality Act 2010 Work Occupational Requirement Exception, Schedule 9 Paragraph 1).
