    Salary: £26,000 + benefits (company pension contribution, mobile phone/laptop/travel expenses, generous holiday entitlement)
    Hours: 35 hours per week
    Covering Dundee/Fife/Angus (Base can be flexible)

    At DEAP Limited it is our aim to support people in communities to maximise their potential in life and work. They provide a person centred approach to individuals to support them to learn new skills, gain and sustain employment and support them to become economically and socially active within their communities. They are looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join our team to help us identify and secure bids and tenders relevant to our mission and values.

    The role will require an experienced individual confident in promoting DEAP’s track record of service delivery to potential funders/partners thereby ensuring recognition by local authority, government funding bodies and grant making trusts. Bid writing will be a key requirement of your role, and you will also have the autonomy to manage the whole tender process, liaising closely with colleagues, managers and the Managing Director, to identify opportunities and best practices to support the production of top quality bids and tenders.

    An experienced Business Development Manager and Bid Writer with innovative ideas and a proven track record, you will be accomplished in writing and producing tenders or prospective bids to support the growth of our services across 3 local authority areas. You will have an organised and methodical approach to your work, and be ambitious for success. You will assist the Senior Management and Managing Director to review quality assurance of delivery of new services, and work together to identify solutions and to share best practises.

    You will have outstanding interpersonal skills along with a positive approach and the ability to produce bids, PQQs and funding/grant applications that are effective towards producing successful results.
