The Volunteer Coordinator will focus on recruiting, training and supporting volunteers. Their Volunteer Pathway is accessible with different levels of volunteering, including the opportunity to become a Volunteer Buddy. They are committed to ensuring that 30% of their Volunteers are from Fife Gingerbread projects bring lived experience to the role.
