  • Great opportunity for all fundraisers

    Created: 18/12/2017

This item is for anybody who undertakes fundraising as part of their paid or voluntary role in the third sector in Fife.

Fundraising is tricky and getting trickier as competition for funds increases, regulation evolves and demands on our time grow.  FVA is here to provide support to fundraisers in Fife, and as part of that we're delighted to promote the Edinburgh and East Scotland Fundraisers Networking Group.  This is an informal get-together which is run on an entirely not-for-profit and voluntary basis by the organisers (who are fundraisers) and is designed for fundraisers of all abilities and experience.

The next event will take place at Gorgie City Farm in Edinburgh on Wednesday 24 January from 12.45 to 14.45.  A colleague from FVA will be going along.  Please let us know if you'd like to attend and we can try and organise shared travel.  You can book your own place directly (you don't have to do it through us at FVA!): Eventbrite link.

    A Fundraisers Network for Fife?

Also, we'll be discussing with Michelle and Gayle of the Fundraisers Network, and others, the feasibility of starting a fundraisers network for Fife.  Would this be of interest to you or somebody you know?  Please get in touch if you'd be interested in such a development.
