    Post: Admin Assistant
    Hours: 22.5 per week
    Salary: to be discussed during interview

    To work as part of a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high levels of customer service, to contribute to the day to day running of the charity’s Administration office and to grow the business to support the long-term sustainability of the organisation. Grow personally and professionally as part of a dynamic team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    •    Work with others in a team of staff and volunteers;
    •    Deal with telephone enquiries;
    •    Schedule collections and update Customer Database;
    •    General Admin duties (Filing, Photocopying);
    •    Continually develop an understanding of the Company’s culture, products and reflect this in everyday performance;
    •    Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement;
    •    Any other duties that may reasonably be required.
