    Post: Residential Support Worker
    Hours: 36 per week
    Salary: £16,848

    The duties are diverse and numerous, but relate to positive and effective working with clients within a hostel/community environment, all of whom present with varying levels of need. As well as providing residential support, the unit is also a conduit for clients identifying Tenancy Share as a suitable housing option. Trust in Fife are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to enhance the life of vulnerable people dealing with housing and support issues. Applicants should be excellent communicators, be qualified to SVQ Level II (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline and have a full driving licence. Experience in working with homeless people in a similar situation would be advantageous but not essential.
