    This event is free to attend but to encourage attendance and try and ensure a good turnout to benefit all delegates, we will charge a non-attendance fee of £30.00 per delegate. By submitting a booking for this event you agree to pay this fee for those delegates who have places booked but do not attend.

    Cancellations can be received up to 5 working days ahead of the event, thus avoiding non-attendance fees. A cancellation will only be valid if we have confirmed it with you. You can send somebody else in place of a booked delegate without incurring a non-attendance fee.

    This session will give you the chance to understand what makes good content online. You'll get an understanding of the importance of storytelling and the role video, audio, graphics and other rich content have to play. During this session you'll get hands on with a wide range of tools including Canva, Legend, Biteable, Anchor and more. You'll also get the chance to explore tools which will allow to measure your impact online and reach new audience like never before - including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Adwords for Nonprofits, HotJar and more.

    Delivered by Ross McCulloch of Be Good Be Social.  Ross is the founder of Be Good Be Social training and events, as well as Director of Third Sector Lab. He has worked with a wide range of charity and public sector clients on social media strategy, including Relationships Scotland, SCVO, Oxfam Scotland, Enable Scotland, and Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Ross also sits on Foundation Scotland's Impact and Innovation Committee and is Chair of Comic Relief's Community Cash Glasgow funding panel.
