Looking after your soil will help you to grow great plants. Good soil conditions are critical to the healthy growth of most plants.

This workshop will enable you to develop an understanding of the properties of soils, carry out simple tests to determine soil characteristics and learn ways of improving your soil to successfully grow fruit and veg in your garden.

Their expert will guide you through the testing process and discuss a range of options to improve your garden soil. Please bring your own soil samples for testing, and a notebook and pen.

Booking is required as spaces are limited. Full Price:  £15, Greener Kirkcaldy Members = £13.50, Concessions: £10.00.
