    Learn how to relieve emotional distress by finding new and effective ways of enhancing your wellbeing and managing stress.

    In a safe and welcoming environment, discover how the practice of mindfulness is shown to be highly effective in reducing stress and enhancing wellbeing.

    A two-hour session between 6:30 - 8:30pm on a Wednesday evening for eight weeks, find out how mindfulness could improve your life.
