  • Data Protection/GDPR resources

We've produced a list of resources to help organisations to read about the new data protection legislation coming into force on 25 May (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) which replaces the Data Protection Act 1998.  It includes information security and ePrivacy resources too.  There's links to lots of reading and we'll keep adding to it as we become aware of new helpful resources.

We've run a series of GDPR training sessions already and have 2 more in April - both are fully subscribed.  If you haven't had a chance to attend and want to, please get in touch.  We will only organise another session if there's demand (we've run more than a half a dozen sessions so far).  Places are £30 - the session is a half day and is delivered by FVA and a specialist employment lawyer.
