OSCR publishes new guidance on charity trading

News/Events Category: General NewsThis week OSCR has published a ‘Charities and Trading Guide’, which contains information on the different types of charity trading, trading subsidiaries and charity trustee duties in relation to trading.
The Guide is aimed at charity trustees, and people working with trustees. It will also be useful to those applying to become a charity which intends to carry out trading. The Guide signposts useful sources of support and highlights the services provided by TSIs in supporting local sector organisations. Please download the guide by clicking here.
