Hours: 20 per week
Salary: £21,525 pro rata
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust have purchased the former Clydesdale Bank in Kincardine which is currently being refurbished into a facility that will be the new Headquarters for CRT in Scotland and will be used for the provision of office space for the CRT staff team, office space to let to other organisations and agencies as a service/income generator and lettable meeting and training/seminar space.
As a Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of their company's first impressions on the guests and visitors. As well as an administrative support to the CRT team. It will be your foremost responsibility to ensure that all visitors are warmly welcomed and to then ensure they are assisted with in a timely and professional manner, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to the respective departments. Also, you will need to perform various front desk and administration duties; including filing, handling and re-directing mail and processing invoices.
