It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Starting off with a small project is the ideal way to learn to sew. Learn machine and hand sewing skills whilst making a handy shopping bag at Greener Kirkcaldy's workshop. They'll be making a summer tote bag from start to finish. Their sewing instructors will teach you how to measure and cut your fabric, add lining, add a strap and sew it together. All tools and materials will be supplied, although if you have your own sewing machine please bring it along to the workshop to work on. If you don't own a sewing machine they have spares for people to use. Fabric will be provided, but if you would rather bring your own textiles to re-use, please feel free to do so (fabric size needs to be no smaller than a pillow case).
