    Post: Senior Support Worker

    Hours: 30 per week

    Salary: £18,445 per annum pro-rata

    RNIB Scotland have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of their Visual Impairment and Learning Disability/Complex Needs Services (VILD). You will be involved in helping the customer to create their own individual service design; you will support and encourage development of choice, control and confidence.
     
    This position will require someone with strong values in providing intellectual, emotional, social, personal and physical support. You will enable people to develop new skills and attend activities of their choice including baking, sensory interaction, walking, music, art, bowling, cinema etc.
     
    Applicants must be aged 21 or over and hold a full driving licence for two years or more. (They may consider well-qualified applicants who will have held a full driving licence for 2 years at completion of probationary period).This is to comply with RNIB insurers requirements.
