    Post: Coordinator

    Hours: 39 per week

    Salary: £28,208 – £30,314 (Qualification Bar at £29,334) Per Annum

    Both Coordinators will be the link between the staff teams, supported individuals, social work and health professionals and will ensure a high quality of care and support. Resilience, confidence and communication skills are key.

    You will assist in meeting Care Inspection and SSSC standards, contribute to growth and development of the service and assist in the recruitment, induction and training of staff. Sound knowledge of the National Care Standards is essential. You will also assist in developing professional working relationships with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

    A current driving license, business insurance and the use of a car for work purposes are essential. The posts are subject to a PVG Disclosure check. The cost of membership is borne by you.
