    About this opportunity:The job description will be shared with the other volunteer staff on the day so your job can differ from shift to shift. So don't panic you won't have to do it all!
    Roles include:-
    Customer Area: Needs setting up, tables, etc; putting out cutlery and condiments.
    Serving Area: Put out till, fill up drinks cabinet/fridge, set up area and coffee machine, take out crisps, biscuits, etc; ensure everything is ready for customers coming in to place their orders.
    Kitchen Area: Set up tea/drinks area, soup and puddings area; take out food to customers as and when required.

    Volunteers will also need to ensure tables are cleared and dishes, etc, are taken through to the kitchen area, and load the dishwasher ready for cleaning the crockery.

    Yes - Travel expenses reimbursed on receipt of bus/travel ticket. Mileage is 25p per mile.

    Experience required:Previous experience of working within a cafe environment needed. Be prepared to learn new experiences within the job. Friendly, trustworthy and reliable.

    Travel DetailsThe Cafe is run within Kincardine Community Centre, Kincardine. There is a good bus link from Kirkcaldy/Dunfermline to Kincardine and a bus from Dunfermline via Valleyfield. The Centre is also central to other areas - Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling. There is a car park for those travelling by car/bike, etc.
