It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.In October 2013 Fife Voluntary Action carried out a mapping survey of employability projects here in Fife. The results of the survey showed that out of 27 projects 12 did not measure soft outcomes.
‘Soft outcomes’ are vital to employability projects, especially those working at stages 1 and 2 of the employability pathway as they measure improvements to confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing.
FVA are offering training to any third sector employability project currently running in the Fife area.
The training consists of a full day workshop and follow-up on-line tutorials delivered by Dr Sue Newberry MInstF(Cert), Managing Director of Funding Ideas Ltd.
Come along to:
- Learn about the range of tools already out there for measuring soft outcomes
- Gain practical knowledge and skills in planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Understand how to use this information to improve reporting
