    This event is being organised by STAND

    Creative Expo – Shattering the Stereotype will showcase the creative work that STAND has produced through the Dementia Friendly Meeting Centre Spaces. To show the value of the spaces, be inspired and realise that people living with a diagnosis of dementia and their families and friends can live a good, meaningful and purposeful life with dementia.

    The event, which takes place from 19:00 - 21:00 on 29 March 2023 at Rothes Halls, Rothes Square, Glenrothes, KY7 5NX, will feature:

    • Original songs created by STAND with Gus Harrower, supported by St Marie’s Primary School Choir
    • Poetry and prose created by STAND members with Jayne Wilding
    • A physical exhibition of the Memory Box Project facilitated by Scott Hunter
    • The launch of STAND's album of songs and creative writing booklet being developed in partnership between STAND and Boom Saloon.
