  • Young Women Lead Fife’s Safe Space Toolkit

    Created: 3/13/2023

For the last 6 months, Young Women Lead Fife has been working together to develop a toolkit to highlight the importance of physical safe spaces in communities. On International Women’s Day (08 March 2023), the toolkit was launched and has been developed through a passion for inclusivity and accessibility by the group themselves who said:

“This booklet came together through the varied lived experiences of what it is like to be a young woman or non binary person in Fife today and our passion for building a more inclusive, accessible and welcoming Fife for all. The toolkit ideas and themes were put together over the course of a year by a group of 16-30 year old, women and non-binary people from all walks of life, and from the Kingdom of Fife.”

“Please let us know if this toolkit inspires any changes to your community space or sparks any positive conversations for you by e-mailing: [email protected]
