Co-production can feel like the latest ‘buzz word’ but what does it mean, why does it matter and how can it help you develop more successful funding applications and services in the context of employability?

Participants at this workshop will work together to explore:

    • Defining co-production as an alternative to more traditional engagement and why it matters
    • Different experiences of and approaches to co-production in Fife and the policy context
    • Key questions, concerns and barriers about how to ‘do’ co-production well
    • The behaviours and values that are central to successful co-production

This workshop will help employability providers develop and expand their confidence in undertaking co-production work going forward.
