  • How is equality progressing in Fife? Public decision making

    Created: 3/21/2023

Are communities in Fife more confident to take part in decision-making and have their human rights respected?

Do you think Fife Council takes a community-led approach to decision-making? Do you find it difficult to report bullying and hate incidents?

Fife Council has set its Equality Outcomes for 2021-2025 under the following themes:

    1. Making Fife Council Information and Services more accessible
    2. Helping Women and Girls live free from all forms of violence and abuse in Fife
    3. Giving Fife Communities increased confidence to participate in decision-making, their human rights respected and an improved quality of life.
    4. Ensuring Fife Council better understands its workforce.
    5. Raising educational attainment and achievement levels.

Fife Centre for Equalities has created these short online forms in order to give feedback on the Equality Outcomes so far, and what you would like to see in the future. More information is here.
