  • Year 3 of Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund confirmed by the Scottish Government

    Created: 4/21/2023, Updated: 4/21/2023

The Scottish Government has today confirmed Year 3 of the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, with a further £15 million to be shared across projects that support mental health and address social isolation and loneliness in adults.

Activities for this year will target older people, areas of economic deprivation, people with long-term health conditions or disabilities, and LGBTI communities. The fund has also had a particular focus on responding to the cost of living crisis, which remains a priority this year.

Fife Voluntary Action has managed the fund for the past two years and expects to do so again for Year 3. We anticipate further details about Year 3 from the Scottish Government in the coming weeks, so please watch our website and e-Bulletins for further updates.
