    So many of us are interested in growing some of our own food, the multiple health, social and environmental benefits are now undisputed; growing on any scale can build good connections with food, nature and each other. Get Growing Scotland helps community groups and people to grow food by providing inspiration, advice, connections and support. Visit their website for more information.                            

    GrowGreen Scotland aim to get more people and communities to grow food in their local community and homes:

    • help@ is an advisory service for community groups starting or developing a food growing project, with free one to one advice and ongoing support on a wide range of topics from securing land to developing a growing site; local and national connections to partners and resources; and ideas from projects across Scotland.
    • Grow 6 provides an opportunity for everyone to get involved through participating and practising to grow 6 food crops year-round. Free information, advice and inspiration to develop skills and confidence to get growing food anywhere and everywhere, whatever the weather!  With regular seasonal updates and tips on Facebook

    Get Growing Scotland is coordinated by GrowGreen Scotland.
