  • Social Security Scotland 16-24 User Research survey

    Created: 6/1/2023, Updated: 6/1/2023

As part of a drive to bring better services for young people Social Security Scotland want to hear from people aged 16 to 24 years old about how they view the benefits available to them from Social Security Scotland, what they think, and how they use Social Security Scotland's website.

If you work with people aged 16 to 24 who have used our service, please encourage them to register for this research.

You can find out more on the Scottish Government website, where you will also find  a link to the registration form that you could share on your social media.

There are also options outlined at the above link for people to register in other ways should the young people you work with not have access to the internet - or should they prefer to communicate with Social Security Scotland  in other ways.
