  • Flexibility Works - Flex For Life 2024 Reports

    Flexibility Works advocates for flexible working across the labour market, and conducts research into the impacts of flexible working. 

    They have created two reports this year: 

    Flex For Life 2024 - this is specifically created to inform and support Scottish employers. The report contains a visual summary of who engages with flexible working, what sort, and what employers now really think about flexible working. It also includes '7 Steps to Flex' to help those interested in starting on their jounry towards flexible working in their employment practices.

    Flex For Life Policy Report 2024 - aimed at policy makers and influencers, the report looks at how flexible working can help to reduce poverty.
