Families Outside - Stronger Together

Families Outside, the national charity working solely on behalf of families in Scotland affected by imprisonment, will be hosting Stronger Together, a free event for and with families affected by imprisonment.
They have been working with family planners to design the event, helping attendees to feel more connected to other family members, learn more about support and opportunities for families affected by imprisonment, and have some fun.
As well as meeting other families, there will be opportunities to engage with the wider Families Outside team and a select few professionals who will be there by invitation only.
Who Should Attend?
Families Outside would like to emphasise that their definition of 'families' is broad. It includes those with and without children, and those who may not be a blood relation but are still affected in some way. All individuals of any age, background, or circumstance affected by someone's imprisonment will be welcome to attend. This is regardless of whether you are in contact with the person in prison.
If you have been affected by another person’s imprisonment in Scotland, this event is for you.
