  • Fife Chamber of Commerce raises funds for local charities

    Created: 10/5/2017, Updated: 10/5/2017

Fife Chamber of Commerce held another successful and well-attended Annual Dinner at the end of September at The Fairmont in St. Andrews.  Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) and Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) were chosen as the beneficiaries for the fundraising conducted on the evening - with each charity receving over £1,000.

Mike Sutherland of FEAT and our CEO, Kenny Murphy, received cheques from Peter Southcott of Fife Chamber at their Business Breakfast on Thursday 05 October at the Alfred Dunhill Pavilion at the start of the Alfred Dunhill Links Golf Championship in St. Andrews.

After being presented with the cheque, Kenny said "We'd like to express our sincere thanks to Fife Chamber and its members for their terrific fundraising efforts and generosity.  We're delighted to have been selected and recognised for the work we do in supporting people across Fife. This donation will go directly towards the work we do with vulnerable people in Fife."
