    We've already seen some sweltering temperatures this summer, and we're not even in July!

    Lots of us spend time working outside whatever the weather. But when is hot weather too hot? And what responsibilities do employers have to staff in increasingly hot conditions?

    Peninsula UK has published a handy guide for employers that includes the answers to those questions and gives a steer on what record-keeping might be necessary for protecting themselves.
