    The Suicide Behaviour Lab at the University of Glasgow is recruiting participants aged 18-25 years old to take part in an online interview to understand their experiences of using the Shout service - a confidential 24/7 text messaging support service when they have been in distress in the past.

    Participants must:

    • be aged 18-25 years old
    • have experience contacting Shout 85258 for support during a suicidal crisis
    • have sufficient command of the English language to participate in the interview
    • be able to attend the interview via online conferencing (e.g. Microsoft Teams or Zoom) with access to a microphone
    • agree to have your participation in the study audio recorded
    • not have reported or indicated that they have a cognitive impairment or learning disability
    • not have experienced any symptoms of psychosis in the last two weeks
    • not have experienced a suicidal crisis within the last three months.
