Do you care for someone with dementia?

For many people with dementia spoken language and finding words can be difficult and frustrating, leading to stress, anxiety, and challenging behaviours.

At this informal session, you will learn about the following:

    • how to connect and communicate.
    • how to enjoy your time together.
    • how to cope with the difficulties dementia can bring.

The sessions are free for unpaid and family carers.

Choose the session that is best for you and call Fife Carers Centre on 01592 205472 or e-mail [email protected]

Full venue details will be provided upon booking.
