    Express Group Fife is a mental health charity providing group activities and one-to-one work for people over 18 experiencing poor mental health.

    There are currently thirteen groups in nine locations across Fife each week, providing various activities to encourage social interaction and confidence building, helping attendees to make new friends and make the most of life in the community. Referrals and self-referrals are welcome.

    New locations:

    • Kirkcaldy Tuesday Group will start to meet at the Polish Club from Tuesday 01 August (Bennochy House, Forth Park Drive (Bennochy Ct) KY1 3EZ)
    • due to the refurbishment of Victory Memorial Hall, St Andrews Group has just moved to St Andrews Episcopal Church and meetings are on Wednesdays now: Queen's Terrace, KY12 9QF;
    • due to the annual maintenance at YMCA, Cupar Group will meet at St John's Church for two weeks in August - Friday 04 and Friday 11 August; the church is next door to YMCA.
