Lunchtime Learning – Developing the Young Workforce
Created: 17/11/2023FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.
Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is the Scottish Government’s Youth Employment strategy to better prepare young people for the world of work. DYW is an employer led process and the priority is to make it easier for employers to connect with young people in schools and colleges across Fife. Through this team effort to support young people to prepare for the world of work, employers can provide inspirational opportunities for young people to help them understand and develop the skills they need to succeed.
