It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.This session is for frontline staff and volunteers working in Fife Communities supporting vulnerable people. Attendees will learn how to identify and support people who are in fuel poverty and gain a certificate of attendance. This session will take place online and you will require a camera, microphone, speakers or headset and internet connection.
Cosy Kingdom is providing free online training for frontline staff or volunteers. This training will empower frontline staff and volunteers to positively impact the lives of others by providing lite-touch energy advice and support. The aim of the outreach project is to provide frontline staff and volunteers with the skills to undertake an early intervention. Training is delivered by a qualified energy advisor in a group environment. Sessions last for around two and a half hours.
