Wellness Recovery Action Plan Seminar 1 is a two-day course suitable for anyone interested in wellness, recovery, and creating their own evidence-based WRAP. You can find out more about WRAP here.

The course is designed to be highly interactive and encourage participation and sharing from all attendees.
