    News/Events Category: General News

LinkLiving, the trauma-informed Scottish health and wellbeing charity, raised over £19,000 from its Sponsor The Sparkle festive fundraiser.

The fundraiser aimed to help brighten up the lives of people affected by trauma and disadvantages through supporting wellbeing and social care.

Businesses and individuals could sponsor one of 36 LED stars that were projected onto LinkLiving's headquarters at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy. There were a variety of sponsorship opportunities available, and sponsorship for Christmas 2023 raised over £19,000.

The money raised will contribute to LinkLiving's work of providing specialist person-centred support to help people who have experienced difficult times, focusing on the belief that people can be supported to turn negative life experiences into positive skills which enable them to have the best life possible.

LinkLiving's work includes supporting people with mental health challenges, homelessness prevention, improving independent living skills, social inclusion, employability skills, and specialist young people support.
