Supporting everyone to do their best at work can sometimes mean offering extra support or specialist advice, especially for those with health conditions, to manage the risk of job loss and protect the health of workers into the future.
Scottish Occupational Health Action Group (SOHAG) will focus their webinar ont he pressing challenges and issues faced by workers and employers in Scotland.
SOHAG hopes to unpack many of the issues affecting workplace health in Scotland, share ideas and inform future actions on how Scotland can react to, and improve, the diminishing health of its workforce. They want to hear from employability colleagues about the challenges in their fields, what the barriers are to better health at work, and how partners can deliver fair and healthy work for everyone in Scotland.
There are speakers from a range of work sectors, policy makers, medical professionals, occupational health specialists, and research-focused academics.
