This event is being organised by Social Enterprise Scotland
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.This is a meeting of the Cross Party Group (CPG) on social enterprise in the Scottish Parliament. They welcome John Swinney MSP, as the new convener, and Ariane Burgess MSP will be there as vice convener.
Purpose of the group:
- To give Scottish social entrepreneurs a strong, united voice and help them influence policy-making
- To proactively raise awareness and understanding of social enterprise amongst MSPs and the public
- To help drive forward the growth and success of the social enterprise economy in every community
- To increase the role of social enterprises in designing and delivering public services
- To open up private sector business opportunities to social enterprises
- To tell the inspiring stories about the human and environmental impact of social enterprises
An agenda will be out soon.
Who should attend?
All are welcome but in-person numbers are capped at 50.
