    This event is being organised by Friends of Craigtoun

    It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

    Join Friends of Craigtoun for an afternoon of free, book-related fun for budding young book lovers to celebrate World Book Day. 

    This mini event will take place in the Craigtoun Cafe and there is no pre-booking required - just turn up and join in. 

    The Craigtoun Cafe itself will be open 10.00-3.00 for breakfast, lunch and tasty treats. 

    Activities include:

    • Bookbug sessions (kids aged 0-5), courtesy of OnFife libraries, will be held at 12pm and 2pm
    • Stories for all ages, courtesy of Sheila Kinnimonth, will be held at 12.45, 1.30 and 2.30pm 
    • There will be a book swap - bring along a used book and swap it for something new to you 
    • Book-related colouring and puzzles 
    • Book-themed outdoor letter trail 
    • Opportunity to dress up as a character from your favourite book is optional
