Please note: This volunteering item was uploaded some time ago and may have expired. Please contact us to find out more.
Local fundraising groups are dedicated to raising funds by holding collections and events so that Marie Curie can continue to care for people with terminal illness in their own homes.
As Fundraising Secretary you will use your excellent organisational skills to carry out the admin for the group. This involves dealing with group correspondence, recording and circulating notes from group meetings. You should have basic IT skills, including the ability to use e-mail. Most importantly, you need to have a genuine interest in supporting the work of Marie Curie.
Time: Time is arranged by the group members.
Place: Meetings are held locally in St Andrews, Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.
