Salary: £27,891 per annum (including unsocial hours allowance)The service is based in Kirkcaldy and provided throughout Fife. They are looking for an individual who will manage a small team of staff and volunteers who can bring shared values, enthusiasm and commitment to the service where the changing needs of our young people are always a priority.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a culture based on respect, integrity, innovation and the ability to challenge. They support their staff to be as effective as they can be and so the role requires an individual who will be an exceptional role model for young people, staff and volunteers.
You will have experience of:
- working with vulnerable children or young people in a community, residential or domestic support setting;
- working effectively, collaboratively and in an integrated way with other agencies;
- working with and supporting volunteers
