Hours: 36 per week
Salary scale £21,976 - £23,894 per annumKingdom Housing Association is a provider of housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their Housing Management Team.
Your duties will include assisting the team in providing a comprehensive service through the allocation of properties, the control of arrears, tenant complaints and giving basic support to vulnerable tenants where required.
Applicants should have experience of working in a customer orientated role in a social or private rented housing setting; have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. The ability to work under pressure and having a current driving licence, with the use of a car for work, are essential.
Due to the nature of the job, this post may involve some weekend and evening work. This post is subject to a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check. In return for the above they will offer an attractive salary and benefits package.
